In-Person sessions can be added into any plan. Each in-person session is $30 w/ an applicable plan.

FAQ
How are the workouts delivered?
You will use an app called Trainerize to have the workouts delivered right to your phone. After being accepted as a client, you will be sent a link on how to create an account in which will house everything you need, from video instructions to equipment needed.
Time to dedicate?
You should block off 45min-75min for the workouts, including both warm-ups and cool-downs. This also depends on YOU, strictly following the rest periods I have given and not scrolling through social media between every set.
What equipment do I need?
My plans can be tailored for the gym or for home workouts, or both if you like to do a split! Anything you have can be incorporated into the workouts, such as resistance bands.
How do I know if I am an athlete?
If you play a current sport (even recreationally) or used to be heavily involved in sports (high school, college) then you are an athlete.
How do you create workouts for athletes?
I ask a multitude of questions to help me better understand you and your sports. With each and every sport there are specific exercises that are needed for each position. Then we further break it down into a Needs Analysis to help me know what areas we need to focus on.
Are there in-person sessions?
In-person sessions can be discussed, both solo and groupwise. The pricing will vary and will not be the same as online plans (listed above). Message me for further details.
